Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@sivrajewels.com. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@sivrajewels.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (after approval) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
